The research we did with the Filene Research institute and Baylor University showed that missional leaders significantly boost employee engagement by aligning work behaviors to the credit union’s mission. Together, we’ll look at the differences between outcome-based and missional leadership along with leadership practices that will transform behaviors and create employee engagement.
