Winning Strategies: Culture > Strategy

In a report by Forbes Magazine an overwhelming 84% of leaders agree that culture is critical for business success and 60% agree that culture is more important than strategy. That said, more than half the group reported that culture was not even on the C-Suite’s agenda. The bottom line: culture is hugely important but mismanaged and undervalued in most organizations.
