CliftonStrengths® Training

Don Clifton wrote, “Strengths develop best in response to another human being.”

Strengths-based development is about more than identifying strengths. It’s about recognizing and developing talents and strengths. It’s also about learning how to appreciate others’ talents and strengths and combine them to accomplish goals together. Remarkable things happen when teams connect what everyone naturally does best with clear performance expectations.

We’ll help uncover answers to key questions that are pivotal to your credit union’s success, such as: What are my talents and strengths? What unique contribution do I make to the team? And how do we best work together using our strengths?
